IT Project Coordinator

The core attributes of the job are Project Planning, Requirement Gathering, Sprint Planning, Milestones Tracking, Website Testing, Quality Check and allocating tasks to the team members. Coordination with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of projects thereby ensuring client satisfaction and delight.

Shift: Day Shift

Working Days : 6 Days Working (Alternate Saturday off)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Project Planning and Coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
- **Sprint Planning, Website Testing, Mockups, UI Testing **formanaging and delivering the projects within timelines.
- **Project Milestones Tracking **and ensuring timely completion of each milestone.
- Manage projects via **Project Management Tools (Clickup / Trello or any other tool)**, keep a track of tasks assigned to team members, delivery date and project status. Ensuring timely completion of all the milestones.
- Manage **Websites, Web Application **projects from onboarding to completion.
- Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting **quality assurance tests **(manual and automated practices) ensure consistency and accuracy of outputs prior to delivery.
- **Requirements Analysis** by analyzing the functional and non-functional website requirements.
- **UI design Compatibility** test using the **test cases** that cover multiple testing environments like mobile devices, Tablets, laptops and desktops in different screen resolutions.
- Test execution and **bug reporting**. Functional execution cases by running automated scripts or using manual testing and reporting all the bugs with test cases.
- **Regression testing**. After bugs get fixed or when more related functionality is added, Perform regression testing to make sure everything works properly and nothing has been affected by the new changes.
- **Perform quality checks** at various stages of the process to ensure quality and accuracy (proofreading, final eye) by doing **website testing.**:

- Ensure that projects & programs are proceeding according to scope, schedule, budget & quality standards.
- Prepare comprehensive action plans and work closely with the Technical Team, updating on day-to-day progress to top management against schedule and take remedial action as appropriate for any issue arises.
- Liaising with clientsto identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives.
- Ensure that clients' needs are met with the desired quality and within the timeline.
- Act as the point of contact and communicate the project status to all Concerned members.
- Delivering final deliverables and organizing **QA feedback/inputs **at all stages of the project.
- Maintaining all the required documents, logs and required reports. Working on the project management tool if required and publishing the required data.
- Experienced in handling **Websites, Web Application & Web Packages** projects
- Experienced in **Sprint Planning and Milestones Tracking**:

- Willing to learn about new technologies
- Strong analytical skills and people management skills required
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
