Job Title: Project Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Project Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate project activities, resources, and information
- Liaise with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports
- Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
- Ensure project deadlines are met
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to identify and manage project risks
- Develop and maintain project budgets
- Ensure all project deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
- Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and management
- Ensure project closure activities are completed, including project evaluation and lessons learned

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Proven experience as a project coordinator or similar role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in project management software and tools
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and best practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy

**Salary**: From ₹35,000.66 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Chandigarh, Chandigarh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
