Hiring for one of the Clients Deviratna Multispeciality Hospital, a leading healthcare facility situated in Viman Nagar, Pune, is seeking dedicated and skilled Registered Nurses to join our compassionate team. As a Registered Nurse at our esteemed hospital, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care and ensuring a safe and nurturing environment.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Deliver comprehensive nursing care to assigned patients, adhering to professional standards, hospital policies, and regulatory guidelines.

2. Conduct initial patient assessments, including vital signs monitoring, medical history documentation, and nursing assessments.

3. Administer medications, treatments, and intravenous therapies as prescribed by physicians, ensuring accurate dosage and proper administration techniques.

4. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans, incorporating evidence-based practices and patient preferences.

5. Monitor and evaluate patient responses to interventions, identifying any changes in condition and taking appropriate actions.

6. Perform nursing procedures and interventions, such as wound dressing, catheterization, specimen collection, and tube feedings.

7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including progress notes, medication administration records, and nursing assessments.

8. Educate patients and their families about health conditions, medications, treatments, and self-care techniques.

9. Assist in patient discharge planning, ensuring proper instructions, referrals, and follow-up care.

10. Adhere to infection control protocols, maintain cleanliness, and ensure a safe environment for patients, visitors, and staff.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree or diploma in Nursing from a recognized institution.

2. Valid nursing license and registration with the State Nursing Council.

3. Proven experience working as a Registered Nurse in a reputable healthcare facility.

4. In-depth knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and procedures.

5. Proficiency in medication administration and familiarity with medical equipment and devices.

6. Excellent clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills.

7. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively interact with patients, families, and the healthcare team.

8. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and make sound decisions under pressure.

9. Compassionate nature with a genuine commitment to patient care and advocacy.

10. Willingness to work in rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
