We are looking for energetic and target-driven Sales Executives for our sales team who can handle residential/commercial property buyers from lead stage to final closure. The role demands excellent communication, follow-up skills, and a deep understanding of the real estate sales cycle.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle incoming leads through calls, walk-ins, and digital channels
- Conduct project briefings, site visits, and client presentations
- Convert leads into bookings by managing the complete sales lifecycle
- Maintain daily follow-ups and update CRM with accurate information
- Meet or exceed monthly & quarterly sales targets

**Skills Required**:

- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- High follow-up discipline and ability to close deals
- Basic working knowledge of CRM tools or Excel
- Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate primary sales
- Familiarity with local real estate projects, pricing, and buyer behaviour
