- Job Purpose

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Master Data Solution Administrator to join our data management team. The Master Data Solution Administrator will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of the organization’s master data. This role is crucial for supporting our business processes and decision-making capabilities by ensuring high-quality data is available across all systems.
- Job Description
- Perform routine data updates, such as adding, modifying, or deleting master data records.
- Update existing records based on approved change requests from business units.
- Provide support to end-users for data-related queries and issues.
- Identify, track, and resolve data-related issues promptly.
- Respond to queries from users regarding master data entries and procedures.
- Assist users in navigating the MDM system and understanding data-related processes.
- Monitor daily data import/export jobs to ensure they run successfully and troubleshoot any failures.
- Stay informed about updates to MDM tools and best practices.
- Participate in training sessions to improve MDM knowledge and skills.
- Monitor and improve the quality of master data through data validation, cleansing, and enrichment processes.
- Oversee the integration of master data across various systems and platforms, ensuring seamless data flow and consistency.
- Work closely with business units, IT, and data stewards to understand data requirements and resolve data issues.
- Monitor system performance and data processes to identify and address issues proactively.
- Ensure master data management practices comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.

**Qualifications**
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Management, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in data management, with at least 2 years focused on master data management.

**Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency with MDM tools such as TIBCO, MDO, SAP MDG, or similar.
- Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and data integration principles.
- Experience with SQL techniques.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications such as Power BI are preferred.
