The Manufacturing Helper plays a crucial role in supporting various tasks within the manufacturing floor to ensure the production process runs smoothly. This position involves assisting machine operators, production staff, and maintenance teams with tasks such as material handling, assembly support, equipment cleaning, and quality checks. The Manufacturing Helper must ensure a safe, clean, and efficient work environment and may be required to operate basic machinery or assist in loading/unloading materials. This is an entry-level position that offers opportunities for training and growth within the company.

1. **Material Handling**:

- Assist in loading and unloading raw materials, components, and finished products.
- Transport materials and tools to different areas of the production floor as required.
- Ensure that the required materials and parts are available and organized for production.
- Maintain inventory levels of materials and notify supervisors when supplies are low.

2. **Machine Support**:

- Assist machine operators in setting up and operating machines and equipment.
- Feed materials into machines or assist in the manual assembly of products.
- Monitor machines for any issues and report any malfunctions or irregularities to supervisors or maintenance staff.
- Help with machine cleaning and minor maintenance tasks.

3. **Cleaning and Sanitation**:

- Keep the work area clean and organized to ensure a safe working environment.
- Clean and maintain tools, equipment, and machinery according to company safety protocols.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for cleanliness and safety.
- Dispose of waste materials, scrap, and other debris in compliance with environmental and safety standards.
