The Technology Recruiter will be responsible for driving the recruitment process and help meet our talent acquisition goals in technology businesses and growth areas, helping the organization assess and select talent for both todays and tomorrow’s business needs and ultimately creating advantage in the business and talent marketplace. This is an exciting opportunity to join a global recruiting team and partner with leaders to recruit top talent.

What will your essential responsibilities include?- Reporting - Accurately maintaining, tracking, and reporting on recruitment metrics to improve service levels
- Process building - Build processes that will help the recruitment team scale its efforts for years to come.
- Branding - Represent AXA XL brand with highest degree of integrity and professionalism.

We’re looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:
**Required Skills and Abilities**:

- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Relevant and recent recruiting experience in either a search firm, agency or corporation. Experience in both a corporate environment and a search firm preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to recruit diverse individuals and ability to negotiate and consult on total compensation packages (base, bonus).
- Excellent expertise in Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing techniques.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms.
- Understanding of technical skill sets, programming languages, and data tools.
- In-house recruiting experience.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Willingness to travel, as needed.
