**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner as they approach the counter.
- Accurately process customer transactions using the cash register or point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Handle cash, credit/debit card payments, and other forms of payment, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Provide information about the menu, ice cream flavors, specials, and promotions to customers.
- Assist customers with placing orders, offering suggestions, and answering questions about products.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the cashier station and surrounding areas.
- Ensure accuracy of orders before processing and ensure that all products are packaged appropriately.
- Manage customer concerns or complaints with patience and professionalism, seeking to resolve issues quickly and to the customer's satisfaction.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure efficient service during busy periods.
- Help restock inventory, maintain stock levels, and notify management of low stock.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Rotational shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay
