- Monitor and respond to user interactions, comments, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Analyze social media performance metrics, such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates, and provide data-driven insights to optimize strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing, communication, and creative teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all social media channels.
- Foster relationships with followers, influencers, and industry communities to build a loyal and interactive online community.
- Utilize social media management tools and analytics platforms to streamline workflows and track key performance indicators.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, creativity, and a proactive mindset are essential for success in this role.
