## Role Summary:
We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic Social Media Intern to help manage and grow our social media presence. This role will support the marketing team by creating engaging content, interacting with our online community, and developing strategies to enhance the visibility of Rising Sun’s mission, services, and initiatives.

## Key Responsibilities:

- **Content Creation**: Develop and design engaging social media content (graphics, videos, stories) for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- **Scheduling & Posting**: Plan and schedule posts using social media management tools to ensure consistent and timely content.
- **Engagement**: Monitor and engage with comments, messages, and inquiries across social platforms to build a supportive online community.
- **Analytics**: Track social media performance metrics, provide regular updates, and suggest improvements based on data insights.
- **Brand Alignment**: Ensure that all content is aligned with Rising Sun’s brand voice and mission to provide a professional and supportive image.
- **Research & Trends**: Stay up-to-date with social media trends and suggest innovative ways to enhance our digital presence.

## Requirements:

- **Educational Background**: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficient in social media platforms, graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar), and familiar with scheduling software.
- **Creativity & Writing Skills**: Strong creative skills and an ability to write clear, engaging, and positive messages.
- **Passion for Child Development**: Interest or background in child development, therapy, or education is a plus.
- **Team Player**: Collaborative spirit, eager to learn, and ability to take feedback constructively.
