**Summary**:
**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Work with US based team to provide high-level architectural and design guidance to the internal staff.
- This is a Senior role where you would be expected to work collaboratively to support and mentor other team members
- Lead code reviews and collaborate with US based development resources.
- Support and drive the development team for the entire product cycle using an agile approach.
- Prototype and implement solutions that meet performance, reliability, and scalability needs using Office 365 tools, the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate (Flow), Power BI), CSS, SPFx & Javascript.
- Produce technical design documents that translate business and functional requirements into system requirements.
- Size efforts and define tasks based on clear user stories and acceptance criteria. Azure DevOps is used to plan and document the work of the team.
- Willing to travel if required.
- Flexible to connect with US based manager during India night time as per schedule.

**Qualification**:

- BA/BS degree (preferably in information technology or software development) or equivalent strong work experience.
- 10-15 years experience developing custom web-based solutions with SharePoint.
- 3 - 5 years experience developing custom solutions on Office 365.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Hands on experience designing and developing solutions using provider and SharePoint-hosted (more emphasis on SharePoint-Hosted Addins) SharePoint Add-ins; Client Object Model (CSOM);.Net Framework, C#, HTML, CSS, REST services, SharePoint Framework (SPFx), JavaScript, jQuery, PowerShell.
- Experience developing using Microsofts Graph API and custom APIs
- Experience developing using Azure SQL (Views, Stored Procedures, Triggers, Functions, etc).
- Source code management experience using Microsoft Azure DevOps and GIT.
- Experience with deployment using CI/CD.
- Proven experience working with Agile SDLC methodologies including Scrum and Kanban.
- Has an aptitude for prioritizing work in a remote working environment.
