**What will you do?**

**Commercial Contracts Management:

- **
- Negotiate, draft, and review commercial contracts with clients
- Analyze and assess the legal implications of contract terms and conditions
- Handle negotiations on deviations received from customers
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in all contracts

**Litigation and Dispute Resolution:

- **
- Provide strategic guidance on handling ongoing commercial litigation
- Make informed decisions on initiating disputes for outstanding payments
- Instruct counsels on ongoing commercial disputes
- Implement alternate dispute resolution methods to efficiently resolve conflicts

**Collections Support:

- **
- Offer legal support to the Collections Team for timely invoice payment collection
- Issue legal communications to clients for the collection of overdue payments

**Legal Compliance:

- **
- Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting commercial contracts, Company Law.
- Ensure that all contractual and legal obligations are met by the organization

**What makes you a great match for us?**
- Juris Doctor (JD/LLB/LLM) degree from an law school
- Admission to the bar and in good standing
- Experience in commercial contracts management and litigation
- Strong negotiation, drafting, and reviewing skills
- Excellent understanding of commercial laws and regulations
- Ability to provide strategic guidance on dispute resolution
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
