**About The Role**
- Ability of volume trading for clients
- Ability of cross selling of other products like Mutual Funds, Insurance, Third Party Products etc.
- Ensure error free Equity and Derivative trades
- Achieve healthy revenues without compromising on client profitability
- Should focus on overall portfolio growth, client activity ratio and quality of information delivered
- Propose investment options based on customer needs by assessing their risk appetite
- Support the client’s decision making with the use of technology enabled tools
- Keeping up with market news, financial trends and current affairs
- Analyze customer portfolio and give appropriate advice
- Responsible to ensure all activities are in adherence as per compliance and risk
- Assist in increasing depth in existing relationships
- Understanding customer needs and timely suggesting the allied products by ensuring individual targets are met
- Knowledge of Stock Market
- Good communication skills
- NISM certification is mandatory
- Graduation - Any stream Qualification and Skills Required

**Compensation & Benefits**
- Fixed - INR 2.60 Lacs + Incentives
- In addition to the fixed compensation the employees are eligible for Gratuity, Hospitalization Policy, Personal Accident Insurance and Group Term Life.
