**Job Summary**
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Product Demos**: Conduct engaging online product demos for prospective clients, clearly explaining product features and benefits tailored to their needs.
- **Sales Pipeline Management**: Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to closing, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate forecasting.
- **CRM Usage**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM, tracking progress through the sales funnel and managing potential opportunities.
- **Achieving Sales Targets**: Consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs as set by the management.
- **Client Relationship Building**: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- **Market Insights**: Gather and share valuable insights from customer feedback and competitor activities with the sales, marketing, and product teams.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer success, to ensure smooth customer Onboarding and successful deployments.
**Qualifications**
- **Experience**: 0-2 years of proven experience in inside sales, business development, or customer-facing roles, preferably in SaaS or tech products.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related fields.
- **Sales Skills**: Strong consultative selling skills, with an ability to understand client needs and propose appropriate solutions.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and negotiate with Indian clients effectively.
- **Tech Savvy**: Comfortable using and explaining software products and technical concepts. Experience with SaaS platforms is a plus.
- **CRM Proficiency**: Experience with CRM tools like Sales force, Zoho, or HubSpot to manage customer interactions and track sales activities.
- **Self-motivated**: Highly driven, able to work independently and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- **Team-Oriented**: Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating with colleagues across departments.
**Preferred Skills**
- Experience in the Indian SaaS market and familiarity with B2B sales cycles in India.
- Prior experience in handling inbound and outbound sales.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and strategies to support lead generation.
