Roles and Responsibilities
- Tender Management - Sound Knowledge of E- Tendering bid Preparation, submission, execution and attending bid opening.
- Coordination with project teams, Accounts & Purchase.
- Searching tenders online/ offline in various websites and checking criteria also.
- Online Registration / Renewal with various e portal website for bidding.
- Preparing technical bid for tenders/ EMD/ Tender Fees/ Bank Guarantee’s and keeping record of the same.
- Maintaining MIS of tenders.
- Follow up with clients department for tender status and refund of EMD.
- Review of information about demands and derivation of supply and proposal preparations
- Clarification of bid conditions and management of the tender preparation
- Coordination of tender reviews and deadlines and adjust them to the frameworks given by the customers.
- Responsible for Preparing BOQs.
- Dispatch of letter and courier.
- Preparation of quotations, proposals and presentations based on the customers product and services requirements.
