At Arabelle Solutions part of EDF Group we re proud to design services and solutions that are generating power not just for today and tomorrow but for generations to come You ll work alongside passionate bright minds We offer a broad range of opportunities for those eager to build tomorrow s world We believe a supportive culture is key to reach common goals Diversity and an inclusive mindset makes us and our business stronger Responsible for product quality of assigned project including standardization quality management document management methods creation and maintenance process improvement and tools for function Impacts departmental operations and responsible for planning execution The role has autonomy but is focused on execution of activities within an operating discipline covered by standard functional practices procedures and customer contract requirement Roles and Responsibilities Improve customer satisfaction and reduce some cost of quality through application of advanced quality tools Support Tendering team during ITO phase for quotation in all quality aspects including regulations ensure inspection and test program ITP are provided Negotiate witness points and quality requirements with the customer third party and participate to the set-up of customer follow-up documents Establish close collaboration within the horizontal project quality team Supplier Quality site quality internal partners -engineering- and suppliers workshop Contribute to the deployment of specific Project Management Procedures with the Lead PQM if applicable Ensure cascading of contract requirements all along the supply chain Lead project specific supplier risk assessment and the definition of project specific inspection and test plans ITPLs Define surveillance strategy all along supply chain based on product quality levels Be the Quality interface to customer and internal partner participate in customer quality meetings Manage Witness point schedule inspection notification to customer and participate in witness inspections as required Support kick-off meetings placement of orders with key suppliers of specific project participate to supplier Pre-Inspection Meetings for Factories and Test Facilities Coordinate and manage pre-inspection meetings in close collaboration with SQE Coordinate NCR management as ordering unit with due diligence being accountable for data integrity as verifier until closure Follow-up and communication on customer nonconformities Support and lead root cause analysis in the project such as 8D A3 5Why etc Support release of final documentation to customers EoMR as per ITP or customer commitments Ensure documentation scheduled to be sent to the client is on time and according to project planning Ensure the requirements of Nuclear Safety are applied in the project Seek share and institutionalize best practices and Lessons Learned across the project Supports the Return on Experience process Coordinate and coach other Project Quality Managers assigned to the Project if any Required Qualifications This role requires sound technical knowledge of Nuclear Steam Turbine Generator Candidate should minimum 5 year working experience in Quality control Quality assurance for Turbine or Generator Bachelor s degree from an accredited university or college or Diploma in Mechanical or electrical engineering Desired Characteristics Strong oral and written communication skills Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems Ability to document plan market and execute programs Knowledge of ISO19443 ISO 9001 Ability to influence cross-functional business teams and drive quality improvements Ability to travel regularly Join us and work with global teams to support global customers At Arabelle Solutions we have team members of more than 49 nationalities spread across 16 countries At Arabelle Solutions we know diversity makes teams and business stronger
