**Role Summary**:
The **Marketing Executive** will be responsible for promoting and growing the company’s perfume product range through direct and indirect marketing channels. The role involves identifying potential markets, driving brand visibility, building client relationships, and supporting overall sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Promote and position perfume products in retail and distribution channels
- Identify and approach new clients, distributors, and retailers
- Develop marketing strategies and execute promotional campaigns
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research
- Create and present product demonstrations to customers
- Maintain customer relationships and handle after-sales support
- Coordinate with design and production teams for packaging, labeling, and branding
- Generate leads through fieldwork, exhibitions, and digital platforms
- Prepare daily and weekly sales reports for management review

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any equivalent field
- MBA/PG Diploma in Marketing is a plus

**Key Skills**:

- Strong knowledge or interest in **perfumes/fragrance products**:

- Excellent **verbal and written communication** skills
- Understanding of **B2B and B2C sales models**:

- Confident in **client handling and product presentation**:

- Team player with a proactive approach
- Willing to travel for field visits and promotions

**Salary**:

- Based on **experience and interview performance**
