**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of controls, accuracy of financial records, and compliance with regulations and company policies.
- Review and analyze financial statements, documents, reports, and accounting records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand operational processes and identify areas for improvement in internal controls.
- Assist in developing audit reports and recommendations based on findings to enhance business processes and mitigate risks.
- Participate in meetings and discussions to gain insights into auditing practices and company operations.
- Support the audit team in various tasks and projects as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Pursuing or completed a B.Com or M.Com degree from a recognized institution.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Good understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and Word.
