Ghumo Piro is a travel solutions company that helps simplify international travel through visa assistance, itineraries, and a strong network of partners.
Role Overview
We are looking for an energetic **Visa Intern (Agent Outreach)** to support our visa operations team. The primary responsibility will be to connect with travel agents using our database, onboard them, and explain Ghumo Piro’s visa services.
Key Responsibilities
- Call and connect with travel agents from the provided database.
- Pitch Ghumo Piro’s visa services and explain partnership benefits.
- Build and maintain relationships with agents for long-term collaboration.
- Collect and update agent information in the CRM/database.
- Share feedback from agents with the operations team to improve service delivery.
Skills & Qualifications
- Good communication and convincing skills (Hindi & English).
- Confidence in making outbound calls and handling conversations.
- Basic knowledge of travel/visa industry is a plus (not mandatory).
- Ability to work independently and meet outreach targets.
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets for maintaining records.
