Research Associate- Chemistry

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Primary member for the creation of content (Chemistry only) as per the requirement of the education research team.
- Collaborate with colleagues in the development of curricula and other educational resources.
- Design educational research projects in chemistry
- Teach and mentor students in Chemistry at the school-level, guide and mentor teachers.
- Participate in research in education, particularly in the areas of science education and student learning.
- Conduct experimental work in the laboratory, including the preparation of samples, running experiments, and collecting data.
- Analyze data using statistical analysis software and other tools.
- Maintain laboratory equipment, including routine maintenance and trouble-shooting.
- Collaborate with other members of the research team to design experiments and interpret results.
- Present research findings at conferences, symposia, and other academic events.
- Write scientific papers and manuscripts for publication in peer-reviewed journals.
- Participate in professional development opportunities related to domain and education research and stay up-to-date with the latest developments in pure science research.

**Qualifications**:

- Master’s degree in chemistry with teaching experience in the relevant field.
- A passion for teaching and education research, with an interest in mentoring and teaching science to school-level students.
- Excellent laboratory skills, including the ability to conduct experiments and use laboratory equipment.
- Experience in data analysis using statistical software and other tools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in teaching is an advantage
- Eloquent in Kannada, Kannada reading and writing skills

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
