Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
Architecture & Solution Design:

- Define scalable, secure, and high-performance Salesforce solutions aligned with business needs.
- Design data models, integration strategies, and system architecture to ensure optimal performance.
- Evaluate and recommend Salesforce features, third-party tools, and custom development when required.
- Lead technical design sessions and document architectural decisions, ensuring best practices.
- Ensure compliance with Salesforce governance, security, and performance standards.

Hands-on Development & Customization:

- Write clean, modular, and well-documented Apex code, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows.
- Implement complex triggers, asynchronous processing (future methods, batch jobs, Queueables) for scalability.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, and event-driven architectures (Platform Events, Pub/Sub, Kafka, etc.).
- Troubleshoot performance issues, security vulnerabilities, and scalability challenges.

Team Leadership & Technical Mentorship:

- Experience managing cross-functional teams, Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers, admins, and business analysts.
- Establish coding standards, best practices, and CI/CD pipelines for efficient development.
- Conduct code reviews, peer programming sessions, and knowledge-sharing workshops.
- Hands-on experience in Scrum/Agile methodologies and backlog management.

Project & Stakeholder Management:

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and project managers to define requirements and prioritize tasks.
- Drive Agile/Scrum practices, ensuring sprint goals are met on time.
- Work closely with QA teams to define test strategies and ensure high-quality releases.
- Provide technical guidance in RFPs, estimations, and planning for new projects.

Technical Expertise:

- 10+ years of Salesforce experience with at least 5 years in architectural roles.
- Proficiency in Apex, LWC, Aura, Visualforce, SOQL, and JavaScript.
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce Governor Limits, Security Model, and Performance Optimization.
- Hands-on experience in Salesforce Integrations using APIs, middleware, and event-driven architecture.
- Expertise in Salesforce DevOps (Gearset, Copado, Git, Jenkins, Bitbucket, SFDX).
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Multi-Cloud Implementations (Sales, Service, Experience, Commerce Cloud).

Certifications:

- Salesforce Certified Application Architect / System Architect
- Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) - a big plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹3,000,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
