Job Title: Field Material Procurement Specialist

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Purchase materials from local stores based on the provided specifications and requirements.

2. Coordinate with the procurement team to obtain necessary approvals and ensure compliance with purchasing procedures.

3. Conduct price negotiations and compare prices to secure the best possible deals and achieve cost savings.

4. Maintain accurate records of purchases, including receipts, invoices, and delivery notes.

5. Plan and organize delivery schedules to ensure materials are promptly delivered to the designated units within the 10-kilometer radius.

6. Inspect and verify the quality and quantity of materials upon delivery, and report any discrepancies or issues to the appropriate personnel.

7. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as warehouse staff and unit managers, to ensure seamless material flow and meet operational requirements.

8. Monitor stock levels and inform the procurement team in a timely manner to initiate reordering processes.

9. Stay updated on market trends, new products, and suppliers to make informed purchasing decisions and explore opportunities for process improvement.

10. Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations while operating vehicles and handling materials.

Qualifications and Skills:
1. High school diploma or equivalent; additional relevant certifications or training is a plus.

2. Proven experience in procurement or purchasing roles, preferably in a field-based environment.

3. Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

4. Strong negotiation and communication skills.

5. Familiarity with local suppliers and stores within the designated area is an advantage.

6. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

7. Ability to lift and transport heavy materials, as required.

Note: This position requires regular local travel within the designated territory.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
