Position Title: Bench Sales Recruiter

Location: Hi-Tech City, HYD

Duration: Full Time
- Distributing the bench consultants among the team members.
- Working with Prime Vendors and helping the team in getting the prime vendor contacts.
- Monitoring daily submissions, weekly interviews and monthly placements of team and individual performances of the executive and submitting the weekly, Quarterly, monthly and consolidated reports to the management.
- Maintain and Grow the Business from Our Existing and New Client Relationships to Supplement Our Sales Capabilities.
- Generate, Interact, and Develop Tier-1 Vendors or Implementation Partners Network on a Daily Basis.
- Tracking and Extensive Follow Up with Vendors Through Maintaining Submissions Database, Interview Coordination and Taking Care of the Joining Formalities, References, Coordination with Internal Team
- Must be a self-starter and an enthusiast to mobilize prospective Bench consultants and get them on board through networking cold calling
- Excellent written, verbal interpersonal communication skills.
