- Conducted quantity takeoffs, prepared bills of quantities, and managed cost estimates for construction projects.
- Developed and maintained detailed project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
- Collaborated with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure project deliverables met specifications and budget requirements.
- Managed and administered contracts, including tendering, negotiations, and dispute resolution.
- Coordinated with site teams to monitor project progress, identify potential cost risks, and implement cost-saving measures.

- Quantity takeoff and cost estimation
- Budgeting and financial management
- Contract administration and dispute resolution
- Project coordination and team collaboration
- Site management and inspection
- Proficient in software such as Autodesk, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office. AUTOCAD.

*Education*
- Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field

*Professional Certifications*
- Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS)
- Certified Quantity Surveyor (CQS)

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:
