- Leadership and Team Management:

- Lead and inspire the TC Machinery team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Set clear goals and expectations for team members, providing regular feedback and performance evaluations.
- Mentor and develop team members, identifying opportunities for professional growth and skill enhancement.
- Promote a positive and inclusive work environment, encouraging open communication and teamwork.
- Resolve conflicts and ensure a cohesive team dynamic, addressing any issues promptly and effectively.
- Strategic Development and Implementation:

- Develop and implement best practices, standards, and guidelines for Machinery engineering.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate engineering excellence into all aspects of operations.
- Provide technical expertise and support to engineering teams across the organization.
- Develop long-term strategies for the Centre of Excellence, aligning with the company's vision and goals.
- Performance Monitoring and Analysis:

- Monitor and analyze equipment performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement metrics to measure the effectiveness of engineering practices and initiatives.
- Regularly report on the TC Machinery activities and achievements to senior management.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Training and Development:

- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of engineering staff.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, ensuring the team remains at the forefront of engineering excellence.
- Foster a learning environment where team members are encouraged to pursue professional development opportunities.
