**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Financial Data Entry and Analysis**: Accurately input financial data into accounting systems, reconcile accounts, and assist in preparing financial reports.
- **Accounting Support**: Support the accounting team in tasks such as A/P, A/R, and general ledger entries.
- **Financial Reporting**: Assist in preparing financial statements and reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
- **Budgeting and Forecasting**: Contribute to the budgeting process by gathering data, assisting with projections, and analysing variances.
- **Financial Analysis**: Conduct basic financial analysis, such as calculating key financial ratios and identifying trends.
- **Compliance**: Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and accounting standards.

**Required Skills:

- **
- A solid understanding of basic accounting principles, including debits, credits, and the accounting cycle.
- Proficiency in basic financial analysis techniques, such as calculating ratios and interpreting financial statements.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Knowledge of common accounting software (e.g., Tally, ERP, SAP, Oracle) or a willingness to learn.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for data analysis, reporting, and presentations.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills to explain financial information to team members and management.

**Qualification:

- **
- 3 yrs. article ship / industry level experience in accounts and administrative functions
- Education Background: B. Com, M. Com, CA Interns
- Attention to detail and ability to understand the big picture (business)
- Credible, confident and articulate, with inter-personal and negotiation skills
- Ability to evaluate, assess, depict and discuss business matters

Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
