PR Executive Job Description

Hiring For Locations: Mumbai (Remote / Hybrid)

Experience: 06 months - 2 Years. Portfolio and previous work samples must be provided for

verification. (full-time)

About The Role: The PR Executive for the Travel, Tourism, and lifestyle segment is responsible for

creating and maintaining a favourable public image for the company by communicating programs,

accomplishments, and points of view. This role involves developing and implementing public

relations strategies, managing media relations, and organising promotional events specifically

tailored to the travel, tourism, and lifestyle industry.

Key Responsibility Areas:
1. Develop PR Strategies: Create and implement effective public relations campaigns and strategies

that align with the companyʼs goals in the travel, tourism and lifestyle sectors.

2. Media Relations: Build and maintain relationships with travel and lifestyle journalists, influencers,

and media outlets. Handle media requests and arrange interviews.

3. Content Creation: Write and edit press releases, speeches, profiles, boilerplates, guest articles,

press notes, pitch notes, articles and promotional materials focused on travel and lifestyle topics.

4. Event Management: Organize and coordinate public appearances, events, and press conferences

related to travel, tourism and lifestyle.

5. Social Media Management: Oversee the companyʼs social media presence and develop strategies

to enhance its online reputation in the travel and lifestyle community.

6. Crisis Management: Advise the company on handling sensitive public issues to preserve its

reputation.

7. Reporting: Analyze the results of PR campaigns and prepare reports to assess their effectiveness.

8. Researching content and consumer trends to ensure that content is relevant and appealing.

9. Developing content strategies

10. Creating content for a variety of digital platforms, including blogs, websites, and social media.

11. Proofreading and editing content before publishing.

12. Creating and managing monthly PR and content calendars and ensuring that the content

13. Coordinating with the marketing, design, and writing teams to ensure the timely delivery of

assignments.

14. Keeping up to date with content trends, consumer preferences, and advancements in technology.

15. Maintaining content drives and storage for all clients.

16. Laying down processes and following best practices

17. Coordinating with stringers, partners and collaborators for optimum results

18. Client interfacing and servicing for PR deliverablesRequired Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in communications, English, journalism, Public Relations or related field.

2. Proven content writing or copywriting experience.

3. Working knowledge of content management systems.

5. A portfolio of published articles.

6. Excellent writing and editing skills.

7. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

8. The ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.

9. Effective communication skills.

10. Ability to build relationships with key stakeholders in the travel & lifestyle sector

11. Cultivate and nurture media and other key stakeholder relationships

As a PR Executive we expect that you:

- Take ownership of the PR mandate of a client.
- Timely execution and submission of tasks
- Ideating, strategising and implementing with the team.
- Create Content that is Error-free, non-plagiarised and devoid of AI
- Providing professional feedback & suggestions
- End-to-end completion of campaigns and SoW deliverables

Remuneration -As per industry standards and capabilities

Working Conditions:
1. 10 AM to 7 PM IST

2. Lunch between 1 PM to 2 PM

3. Monday to Saturday
