Solutions Architect

**What we are looking for**

**Fiverivers** is looking for an innovative solution architect to develop and implement a systems architecture that will meet business needs. The solution architect's responsibilities include gathering requirements and functional specifications, assessing the current software systems in place to identify areas in need of improvement, and overseeing development teams. You should also be able to regularly update the company on any developments in systems architecture projects.

**What you will be doing**

As a Solution Architect will work with our design team and clients (internal and external) to understand, document, scope, and execute projects. They are adept at gathering and understanding requirements, proposing logical and physical architectural directions, able to do proof of concepts as well as be an individual contributor to delivering a project. They are team leaders, mentors, and thought leaders in development best practices.

**Primary Job Responsibilities**
- Create optimum technical solution in the context of customer's environment, requirements, and financial resources.
- Ensure systems are built meeting the functional requirements and non-functional requirements (performance, security, scalability, maintainability, operational costs).
- Maximize the productivity of the project team by choosing an effective development environment, establishing programming, design, and other technical standards, training team members, and providing advisory and trouble-shooting support.
- Own and spearhead the delivery of the project (including cross functional)and ensure that all components of the technical architecture are properly implemented.
- Build architecture review board, which will guide teams in designing well architect projects and continue to review projects at regular intervals to ensure the architecture principles are adhered to continuously as the project is built incrementally in agile method. Design and participate in organizational initiative to build and improve organizational competence and memory.
- Participate in pre-sales activities to demonstrate technical capabilities of the organization. This might involve answering technical questions as well as building proof-of-concept products.
- Keep abreast of emerging technologies, tools procedures and techniques to improve productivity

**Required Skills**:

- Fintech Background
- At least 3+ years as a Technical Architect.
- Ideally.NET Core experience but not necessary.
- Sound knowledge of various operating systems and databases /SQL
- Effective communication skills
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Experience in building highly scalable, reliable, secure and high performance cloud native products.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
