Priority Requirement - Salesforce ArchitectLocations : Bengaluru, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Delhi, Mohali, PuneShift : NoonWe are hiring a Salesforce Solution Architect to lead transition from Salesforce Classic to Lightning.Why this role matters :This position will drive scalable, user-friendly solutions leveraging native Salesforce capabilities, reducing custom technical debt, and enabling a seamless associate experience across resident services and call centers.Key Responsibilities :- Lead the end-to-end migration strategy from Classic to Lightning.- Redesign data models (standardize Leads/Opportunities where applicable).- Configure Lightning features : Dynamic Forms, Flows, Omni-Channel, Lightning Pages.- Recommend and implement AppExchange solutions.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver incremental releases.- Ensure compliance with security, profiles, and permission sets.- Act as a trusted advisor for Salesforce roadmap planning.Qualifications :- 6+ years Salesforce experience (3+ years in Lightning).- Strong expertise in Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, case management & digital engagement.- Hands-on Classic-to-Lightning migration experience.- Deep understanding of low-code/no-code tools (Flows, Dynamic Actions).- Salesforce Certified Application/Solution Architect (preferred).- Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills (ref:hirist.tech)
