About the job

Key responsibilities:
1. Contact clients from the given data to inform them about our service
2. Answer questions about service or the company
3. Ask questions to understand clients' requirements
4. Direct prospects to the field admin & marketing team when needed
5. Enter and update clients' information in the database
6. Take and process clients in an accurate manner
7. Handle grievances to preserve the company s reputation
8. Keep records of calls and note important information
9. You should complete the given target
10. You should play receptionist role as well

Qualifications:
1. Proven experience as tele calling representative or fresher
2. Ability to learn about services and describe explain them to prospects
3. Excellent knowledge of English
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5. Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
6. Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
7. English, Telugu and Hindi is necessary

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
