**Job Overview**

**The Research Associate will support ongoing research projects by conducting experiments, analyzing data, and assisting with project management in Synthesis Development Laboratory
- R&D.**

**TECHNICAL SKILLS**
- Strong knowledge of organic reactions and mechanisms.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data interpretation
- Familiarity with peptide synthesis and characterization techniques.

**0-3 years**

**Competencies**
- Following and sticking to Piramal core values, PSF, safety and quality aspects
- To complete the trainings as allotted and required
- To perform the experiments planned related to peptide purification/synthesis
- To document the activities completed on-time and keep the documents online without any delay
- To complete the assigned project/work related tasks on-time
- To support the other team members as and when the support is required
- Ability to monitor the variations observed during process development of peptide purification
- Ensure safety at work place
- Conducting the day to day experimentations
