Asia Pacific (APAC) Finance Business Performance Management (BPM) are the committed finance business partners to our Regional Sales, Construction, Service and Supply Chain operations. We are an internationally diverse team, physically located in multiple countries across the region. Together with our primary operational stakeholders, we focus on Performance Management, Business Finance, Business Controlling and Finance Business Partnering.

You will be located in Mumbai, IN, reporting to the Finance Director, Business Performance Management, located in Melbourne, AU. Your primary, operational stakeholders will also be located in Mumbai, IN, and your secondary, operational & financial stakeholders will be located throughout the region.

As the Finance Business Partner, Service & Cash Flow, you will be the primary contact for providing financial insight & analysis to the Head of Service APAC, as well as coordinating, consolidating & evaluating the regional cash flow with Head of Service APAC, Head of Construction APAC and Head of Sales APAC. This requires a deep understanding of the renewable energy industry, wind park performance & profitability, finance business partnering, and a solid finance & accounting background.

**Responsibilities**
- Primary financial resource to Head of Service APAC
- Coordinate monthly closing activities for APAC Service Operations, including consolidation and analysis of:the current month P&L results versus budget & forecast,
- the revised quarterly & FY forecast versus budget & forecast,
- the risks & opportunities to be targeted to safeguard performance
- Provide financial reports and analysis to both regional and global management of Service performance
- Review financial profitability & feasibility of new service deals
- Monitoring and forecasting of all cash flows - primary focus on ensuring inflows are properly managed
- Coordinate weekly & monthly updates of forecasted cash inflows
- Assess and report risks & opportunities to senior management
- Assist with ad-hoc projects and management reports as required

**Qualifications**
- Bachelors' degree in Finance or Accounting. MBA preferred.
- Relevant experience with: Finance business partnering (project cost controlling & execution, cost analysis, business performance management)
- Minimum 8 years of financial analysis experience
- Experience in renewable energy, wind energy preferred
- Professional written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Flexibility and motivation, some travel may be required
- Ability to work separately and with mínimal supervision
- Attention to detail and build smart well-organized spreadsheets
