**HR Executive Sr. HR Executive**

Location: Ahmedabad

**About the job**:
The HR Executive handles Compensation management, Statutory Compliances, managing employee master, Joining and Exit Formalities, Monthly HR MIS.

The job requires a sound understanding of the Hr payroll software, excellent interpersonal skills, Knowledge of Statutory compliances, understanding & handling of people and excellent communication skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collection of Attendance from various site and from Biometric System.
- Calculation of Salary of entire Group and timely payment.
- All statutory compliances like PF, ESIC, Bonus, Leave, PT etc. to be taken care of all employees and timely payments before due dates.
- Full and Final settlement of employees of the entire group.
- Process New Joiner formalities.
- Manging procurement issue records of Safety PPE
- Routine Admin work

**Reports to**:HR Manager

**Salary Criteria**:25 to 30K CTC per month

**Experience**:Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience of handling Salary management of over 500 employees

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Graduate
- MSW in HR will be preferred.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience of HR Payroll Software & Advance knowledge of MS Excel
- Experience in Statutory Compliances PF & ESIC portal handling.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
