**Requirements**:

- Architecting, implementing, and deploying end-to-end solutions for multiple domains using private and public blockchains- Knowledge of Digital Assets, Smart Contract Oracles, Inter-operability, private/permissioned blockchains, and sustainability- Expertise with various blockchain platforms, specifically nuances between permissioned vs. public chains- Experience building solutions on blockchain protocols (e.g. public blockchain, MainNet, Solana, Cosmos, etc.)- Experience with layer 2 protocols. Knowledge of Ethereum development tools (i.e. Hardhat, OpenZeppelin)- Deep understanding of emerging Blockchain platforms with a clear vision and what role they will play in the future of the ecosystem (e.g., PolkaDot, Cosmos, Crypto.org, Cardano, EOS, etc.)- Deep understanding of the most prominent DeFi protocols, such us Compound, Uniswap, MakerDAO, etc.- Deep understanding of Cryptography behind all major blockchain protocols, Applied Cryptography and PKI- Deep understanding of the most mature and also emerging Crypto Custody solutions and HSMs, such as FireBlocks, Thales/Gemalto, Securosys, Metaco, UnBound, BitGo and others-
- Leading discovery for use cases that can further customer's understanding of blockchain and specific blockchain implementations- Leveraging the use of cloud computing, microservices, and integration standards in the blockchain implementation- Experience with writing/debugging and deploying Smart Contracts- Enterprise Architecture, 4+1 architecture modeling, UML**Additional Requirements & Tools Experience**:
Developing POCs and pilot projects that will evaluate a specific technology's applicability, performance, and scalability
- Helping to develop an overall blockchain ecosystem engagement strategy- Providing technical guidance for team members- Acting as a technical liaison between clients, engineering teams and offering leadership- Building practice competence and 'followership' across offering portfolio's and the sector through the leadership of client projects and firm initiatives- Delivering on flagship blockchain client engagements**General Experience**:
- Experience and practice in Scrum and other agile methodologies- Participated in daily standups, retrospect meetings; collaborate with others on user stories; understand and ensure “definition of done”- Experience of writing unit test cases, strong debugging skills- Experience in conducting peer code review, perform static code analysis- Follow and use CI/CD pipeline tools**General Characteristics**:
