Looking for a talented video editor to collaborate with our creative team. You'll be responsible for assembling recorded footage into a finished project that matches our vision. This involves trimming footage segments, selecting the best takes, and incorporating music, dialogue, graphics, and effects.

1. **Technical Skills**
- **Editing Software Proficiency**: Expertise in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Avid Media Composer.
- **Audio Editing**: Basic to advanced sound design, syncing, and mixing in software like Adobe Audition or Audacity.
- **Color Correction/Grading**: Adjusting color, contrast, and lighting to improve or stylize footage.
- **Motion Graphics**: Knowledge of After Effects for creating animations, text effects, and motion graphics.
- **File Management**: Strong organizational skills for managing multiple projects, files, and backup systems.

2. **Creative Skills**
- **Storytelling**: Ability to convey a narrative through editing, ensuring the final product is coherent and impactful.
- **Pacing and Rhythm**: Knowing when to cut, transition, or pause for impact, keeping the audience engaged.
- **Attention to Detail**: Ensuring high quality by catching small details like timing, framing, and color consistency.
- **Visual Style**: A sense of aesthetics and creativity to add unique, engaging visuals.

3. **Interpersonal Skills**
- **Collaboration**: Effective communication with clients, directors, and other creatives to achieve the desired vision.
- **Time Management**: Balancing multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining high standards.
- **Adaptability**: Willingness to incorporate feedback, adapt to different styles, and stay updated with new tools and trends.

4. **Understanding of Media and Audience**
- **Social Media Adaptation**: Creating optimized content for different platforms (e.g., Instagram, YouTube, TikTok).
- **Knowledge of Current Trends**: Understanding trending styles, formats, and audience preferences.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
