**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Advisory Services**:

- Provide advisory support on various financial matters, particularly in the areas of succession planning and tax structuring.
- Assist clients in optimizing their financial and tax strategies to align with their personal or business objectives.
- **Succession Planning**:

- Work closely with clients to develop and implement strategies for transferring assets and wealth to the next generation, ensuring tax efficiency and compliance.
- Support in planning for potential transitions within family businesses, focusing on long-term sustainability and growth.
- **Tax Structuring**:

- Analyze clients' financial situations and recommend effective tax structures to minimize liabilities while adhering to local and international tax laws.
- Collaborate with senior professionals to develop tailored tax strategies that meet clients' specific financial goals.
- **Communication & Documentation**:

- Prepare and present clear, concise reports, presentations, and recommendations to clients, ensuring that complex financial concepts are easily understood.
- Maintain accurate and well-organized documentation of all advisory processes and outcomes, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- **Client Interaction**:

- Engage with senior lawyers, accountants, and professionals in law and accounting firms, supporting collaborative efforts to deliver comprehensive financial services to clients.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and providing exceptional service.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- A graduate degree in Commerce (BCom) or Business Administration (BBA) from a reputable institution.
- Strong foundation in accounting, finance, and tax principles.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present and explain complex financial information clearly.
- Proficient in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation related to financial advisory services.
- Ability to work collaboratively with senior professionals in legal and accounting fields.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

- Proactive, with a strong problem-solving mindset.
- Enthusiastic about developing a career in financial advisory, tax structuring, and succession planning.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Pay: ₹100,000.15 - ₹400,000.00 per year
