**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
**-Tax Compliance**:

- Assist in the preparation and filing of various tax returns, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and deadlines.
- Maintain organised and accurate records of financial transactions for tax reporting purposes.

**- Tally Software Expertise**
- Utilise Tally software for maintaining and updating financial records.
- Reconcile Tally data with other financial systems to ensure accuracy and consistency. - Advanced Excel Skills:

- Create and maintain complex Excel spreadsheets for financial analysis and reporting.
- Utilise advanced Excel functions and formulas to streamline data analysis processes.

**- Data Analysis**:

- Analyse financial data to identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions. - Prepare financial reports and summaries to support decision-making processes.

**-Communication and Collaboration**:

- Communicate effectively with internal teams to gather necessary information for tax-related tasks.
- Collaborate with senior tax associates and other departments to ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience as an Assistant Tax Associate or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of tax regulations and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in Tally software is mandatory.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including experience with complex formulas and data analysis.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and independently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

**Salary**: ₹250,000.00 per year
