**Requirements**:

- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills, including active listening and clear summarization of issues.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Information Systems or Information Technology.
- Ability to work a 24x7 schedule when required.
- Strong passion, ambition, and drive to excel in a demanding customer service environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good customer orientation, with the ability to build rapport, influence an audience, and arrive at the best solutions through effective communication.
- Good judgment skills, with a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.
- Availability outside of working hours to promptly resolve emergency issues.
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Patient and professional, with a can-do attitude.
- Experience in operating large Citrix infrastructures and server farms.
- Knowledge of solutions like AppSense, Cloud Gateway, App-V, and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure.
- Industry certification in relevant technologies or equivalent industry experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Install and update XenApp farms.
- Design and plan Citrix CVA environments.
- Manage the infrastructure that the Citrix farms run on.
- Install and optimize Windows server environments.
- Manage Windows systems.
- Supervise Citrix server farms.
- Analyze errors and provide innovative solutions.
- Provide business support and coordinate system changes.
- Provide Citrix operation support services and administration.
- Perform level 1 and level 2 troubleshooting on Citrix services.
- Install, configure, update, and troubleshoot Citrix software.
- Provide support during agreed time frames and ensure on-call support availability.
- Manage Citrix security.
- Manage ICA connections and troubleshoot issues.
- Perform user and session management.

**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
