**About the Role**

Slams Art is looking for a **motivated and experienced Telemarketing Executive** to handle **investment-related client interactions and deal closures**.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Make **outbound calls** to potential clients and investors.
- Explain investment-related services, benefits, and plans clearly and confidently.
- **Convert leads into successful deals** through effective communication and follow-up.
- Maintain records of calls, leads, and conversions.
- Meet or exceed **monthly targets** and contribute to business growth.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.

**Requirements**:

- **1-2 years of experience** in telemarketing, telesales, or investment-related sales.
- Excellent communication skills in **English, Malayalam, and Hindi.**:

- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Confident, motivated, and result-oriented personality.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).
