The Liaisoning Executive is responsible for establishing and maintaining effective

communication channels between the organization and external stakeholders. This role

involves coordinating activities, resolving issues, and ensuring smooth collaboration to

achieve organizational objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities:
 Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders such as government agencies,

regulatory bodies, industry associations, clients, vendors, and community groups.

 Ensure that the organization complies with all applicable regulations and obtain

necessary approvals and permits.

 Facilitate effective communication between different departments within the

organization and external stakeholders.

 Coordinate meetings, discussions, and events to foster collaboration and address issues.

 Identify and address any issues or conflicts that may arise between the organization and

external entities.

 Work proactively to prevent potential problems and find mutually beneficial solutions.

 Maintain accurate records of communications, agreements, RERA Certificates &
Approvals and Statutory data & approvals.

 Prepare RERA and Statutory reports and documentation required for regulatory

submissions and compliance audits.

Skills required:
 Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.

 Proven experience in a liaisoning or coordination role..

 Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and Kannada.

 Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.

 Knowledge of Kannada and English - Speak, Read & Write

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
