**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Collect documents from the Govt authorities and take 1st Legal opinion.
- Collect Survey and Revenue corrections Documents,
- RTC correction - identified by 2nd legal opinion.
- Change of land use document & Property Conversion
- Application for 40 % site released for sale.
- Final plan and site release from the authority - Obtain NOC and approval

**Key Skills**

1. Knowledge to access government websites related to legal documents

2. Communication Should be good in spoken and written kannada.

4. Effective coordination with team leaders, Legal team, Survey team, Civil, CRM

5. Effective coordination with government officers

6. Familiar with legal terms and definitions of document availability by government departments.

7. Familiar with the ERP or willing to learn and work in ERP.

8. Ability to follow up effectively.

10. Kannada and English typing in MS word

11. Report generation in Excel

**Salary**: ₹15,944.50 - ₹34,167.73 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bangalore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Liaison Executive: 1 year (preferred)
