Event planners are responsible for the planning and execution of events such as weddings, conferences, parties, etc. They work closely with clients to determine their needs and desires, then plan out every detail of the event from start to finish.

Event planners assistants play an important role in this process by supporting the event planner in any way they can. This might include helping to schedule meetings with vendors, handling paperwork or other administrative tasks, researching vendors or venues, etc

**vent Planner Assistant Job Duties**

Event planner assistants have a wide range of responsibilities, which can include:

- Communicating with venue managers to ensure that all details are in order for the event
- Providing administrative support to the event planner by handling tasks such as arranging seating arrangements, placing orders for supplies, and arranging catering services
- Coordinating vendor contracts and payments with vendors, including musicians, photographers, and caterers
- Coordinating with other staff members involved in the event, such as the venue manager, catering manager, florist, decorator, and entertainment coordinator
- Coordinating with clients regarding details of the event to ensure that they are satisfied with the arrangements
- Coordinating with vendors to make sure that they arrive on time and have the appropriate equipment for the occasion
- Coordinating with clients to ensure that they are satisfied with the planning process, including making sure that they are comfortable with their event budget
- Coordinating with clients about any last-minute changes to the event schedule or details of the event
- Making sure that the event runs smoothly by coordinating with all vendors and staff members to ensure that they are aware of their responsibilities during the event

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹400,210.90 - ₹1,222,693.58 per year
