**Production Supervisor - Bio Reactor & Utilities Operations**

**Location**: Chakan, Pune

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate and monitor **bio reactors** used in biosynthesis production.
- Oversee and ensure the proper functioning of **boilers**, **steam generators**, and other utility systems.
- Supervise production staff and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Plan and coordinate **daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules**.
- Maintain accurate documentation related to production parameters, maintenance logs, and SOP compliance.
- Work closely with quality control, maintenance, and engineering teams to resolve operational issues.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains.

**Qualifications**:

- **BSc or MSc** in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
- Basic understanding of **bio reactor operations** and **bioprocess engineering**.
- Familiarity with utility systems such as **boilers** and **steam generators**.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Good communication and team management abilities.
- Willingness to work in shifts (if applicable).

**Preferred Skills (Optional but a Plus)**:

- Prior experience in a bio-manufacturing or fermentation-based production setup.
- Knowledge of cGMP, ISO standards, and regulatory guidelines.
