**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and oversee garment production processes from concept to delivery, ensuring timelines are met and quality standards are maintained.
- Source and procure materials, trims, and accessories from suppliers, negotiating pricing and terms to achieve cost-effective solutions
- Develop and implement production plans to meet customer orders and delivery deadline
- Collaborate with the internal team to translate product designs into production plans
- Optimise production workflows to maximise efficiency and minimise waste.
- Maintain inventory levels and order materials as needed to support production activities
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes and reduce costs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
- Forecast future production needs and optimize inventory levels.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with vendors to achieve favorable terms and cost savings for the organization

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in garment production, procurement, or supply chain management within the fashion industry
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Have strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with vendors while achieving favorable terms for our organization
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and external partners

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
