We are looking for an enthusiastic Tele Sales Executive to join our sales team. In this role, you will connect with customers, understand their needs, and promote our wide range of event fabrics. You will be provided with a company cellphone and computer assistance to effectively perform your duties.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote our products and wholesale services.
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide information about our event fabric offerings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their fabric needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Explain product features, pricing, and discounts in a clear and engaging manner.
- Maintain an organized database of customer information and sales activities using CRM tools.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to team goals.
- Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Previous experience in telesales, customer service, or a related role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented with a results-driven attitude.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with CRM software or Microsoft Office.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred).
- Knowledge of fabrics or the event industry is a plus, but not mandatory.
