**Position**: Investment Advisor
**Location**: Indore

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assess clients' financial needs, risk tolerance, and investment objectives.
- Develop and recommend customized investment plans and strategies.
- Monitor and manage clients' investment portfolios for performance and alignment with objectives.
- Provide insights into market trends, financial products, and investment opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and updates.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Educate clients about investment options, risks, and returns to empower informed decision-making.
- Meet or exceed sales and revenue targets while maintaining high client satisfaction.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven experience in investment advisory, sales, or financial planning.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and risk management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze complex financial data and provide actionable advice.
- Certification in financial planning or related fields is a plus (e.g., CFP, CFA).
