**Role Overview**:
As an Account Executive - Finance & Accounts, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate books of accounts, handling day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements, and supporting internal and external audits.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Record and maintain day-to-day financial transactions in Tally/Zoho/QuickBooks or other accounting software
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, vendor reconciliation, and bank reconciliation
- Prepare and maintain sales invoices, purchase orders, and expense statements
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities
- Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory filings
- Coordinate with external CA firms, auditors, and consultants for tax filings and audits
- Maintain accurate records of fixed assets, depreciation schedules, and petty cash
- Support payroll processing and reimbursement tracking
- Generate MIS reports and assist in financial analysis as needed

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com/M.Com)
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance, preferably in a start-up or SME environment
- Proficiency in Tally ERP, Zoho Books, or similar accounting platforms
- Good knowledge of Indian taxation (GST, TDS), bank reconciliation, and general ledger functions
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in MS Excel and Google Sheets
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under deadlines

**Preferred Qualifications (Bonus)**:

- Experience working in a start-up or technology-driven company
- Working knowledge of payroll software or HRMS platforms
- Pursuing or completed CA Inter or any relevant certification

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
