BD & Tender Executive

**JOB SUMMARY**

A Business Development Executive is tasked with creating and implementing growth strategies, identifying market trends, and establishing relationships with potential clients and partners. They play a pivotal role in expanding the company's market reach and driving revenue growth.

**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**

Sales Funnel Development
- Strategically develop and manage the sales funnel to ensure a steady flow of prospects through the pipeline.
- Implement effective lead generation strategies to expand the customer base.

New Client Development:

- Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients to expand market reach and increase sales opportunities.
- Develop customized solutions to meet the unique needs of prospective clients.

Bid Submission:

- Oversee the timely and accurate submission of bids, proposals, and quotations in response to client requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proposals are aligned with client expectations and company capabilities.
- Fill Tenders / RFQs / Direct Requirements independently to ensure targets are achieved.
- Sourcing relevant profiles from the Job Search Portal to prepare an estimated salary budget.
- Thoroughly studying SOW and JD from Tender document and intimating Recruitment Team for getting a competitive salary budget.

Negotiation Skills:

- Lead negotiations with clients to secure profitable contracts and agreements.

Market Intelligence:

- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Utilize market intelligence to inform strategic decision-making and enhance competitive positioning.

Business & Financial Acumen:

- Understand the financial aspects of sales operations, including pricing strategies, cost management, and revenue projections.
- Develop and manage budgets to optimize resource allocation and maximize profitability.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: ₹8,815.44 - ₹50,000.00 per month
