**Job Title**: MIS Executive

**Location**: Jaipur, Rajasthan

**Salary Range**: ₹15,000 to ₹26,000 per month

**Experience Required**: 2-3 years

The MIS (Management Information System) Executive will be responsible for handling the organization's data, generating reports, and supporting management in making data-driven decisions. This role demands proficiency in data analysis, Excel, and reporting tools.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Data Management**: Collect, organize, and maintain accurate data to assist management in decision-making processes.
- **Report Generation**: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports, including performance dashboards, sales, finance, and operational data.
- **Data Analysis**: Analyze trends and identify areas for improvement in various departments.
- **System Updates**: Ensure MIS systems are updated regularly to reflect the latest business data.
- **Excel Reporting**: Develop advanced Excel reports (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) and generate ad-hoc reports as needed.
- **Support Decision-Making**: Provide management with insights to help improve operational efficiency and performance.
- **Database Management**: Manage and update databases, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- **Coordination**: Work closely with other departments to understand data requirements and resolve any issues.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Educational Qualification**: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or any related field.
- **Experience**: 2-3 years in MIS, Data Analysis, or similar roles.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, macros).
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
- Experience in working with ERP/CRM systems is desirable.
- **Analytical Skills**: Ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
- **Communication**: Strong written and verbal communication skills to present findings clearly.
- **Attention to Detail**: Ability to work with large datasets and maintain accuracy.
