We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced E-Commerce Executive. As an E-Commerce Executive, you will play a key role in driving the growth and success of our online business. You will be responsible for managing various aspects of our e-commerce operations, including website management, online marketing, customer acquisition and retention, and sales analysis.

**Responsibilities**:
Develop and implement effective e-commerce strategies to drive online sales and achieve business goals.
Manage and maintain the company's e-commerce website, ensuring a seamless user experience, accurate product listings, and efficient order processing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, sales, and product management to create and execute online marketing campaigns and promotions.
Optimize website content and product descriptions to enhance search engine visibility and attract organic traffic.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to e-commerce, such as conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and average order value.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce, identifying new technologies and tools that can be utilized to improve the online shopping experience.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new market trends, customer preferences, and potential business opportunities.
Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive online shopping experience.
Collaborate with logistics partners to ensure timely order fulfillment, accurate inventory management, and smooth shipping and delivery processes.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, e-commerce, or a related field.
Proven experience working in e-commerce, preferably in a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
